What is your May Bank Holiday Offer?

Stock up for the early May Bank Holiday weekend with 10% off everything from Friday 26th April until Thursday 2nd May 2024.

To qualify, simply add MAYDAYBEERS into the discount code box when prompted as you checkout.

Order before 12pm on Thursday 2nd May for delivery before the long weekend.

Discount codes can be used once by each customer and are not valid with any other discount code.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order on the Hof Shop is £12 (excluding delivery).

Why does my delivery update say my order is from Beer Hunter?

All of our ecommerce orders are sent out on our behalf by our fulfilment partner, Beer Hunter. You may therefore notice that some email delivery notifications or box labels list them as the sender.

Can I create an account?

You can purchase as a guest without setting up an account but be warned, once you’ve tasted a Hof you may be back for more! Setting up an account is quick and easy and it means your details will be saved for the next time you order. Don’t forget to opt in to receive our updates and you’ll get all the latest news and offers.

Is it possible to amend or cancel an order?

Regretfully it’s not possible for us to change or cancel your order once you’ve received a shipping confirmation. Before that point we can’t guarantee any changes or cancellations, especially those that are requested outside of working hours, but we’ll always do our very best to accommodate requests where we can. Please email customerservices@hofmeister.co.uk for support. 

Will I need to show ID to receive my beers?

Yes! Our courier has the right to request valid ID to verify that the recipient is of legal drinking age.

How should I store my beers?

Perhaps the most important question of all! Hof is at its very best when chilled, so get your priorities right and stick them in the fridge as soon as they arrive.

My item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

Most of our core beer range is rarely out of stock but you may find that limited or special editions like our Weisse mini kegs may be out of stock at times. To check when they’re back, please email our Customer Services team.

I want to stock Hofmeister – how do I find your trade prices?

How long do mini kegs last once open?

If you’re having a get together then a Hofmeister mini keg is a great option giving you a full 9 pints to share with friends or family straight from the tap.  We recommend enjoying with friends within 24 hours.

Is your glassware nucleated?

Yes. It might seem nerdy, but we’ve spent hours making sure that the levels of nucleation in our glassware are just right to ensure the perfect level of carbonation as well as taste. We’ve even roped in top beer judges to check that we have the perfect glass for the perfect pint.

Why won’t my discount code work?

The most common reason for a discount code to not work is because it’s expired. Please also be aware that discount codes cannot be combined, so you’ll only ever be able to use one against each purchase. For any questions on this, please contact customerservices@hofmeister.co.uk
