We offer a standard delivery service in the UK which will normally be with you within 1-2 working days. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands can take between 2-5 days.

Occasionally delivery times may be longer than stated if the delivery network is exceptionally busy at peak times such as Christmas or Bank Holidays.

We work with APC, Royal Mail and occasionally DPD so sometimes you may find that your order arrives in separate deliveries. Keep an eye out for email notifications which will tell you what’s been dispatched and when.

Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is £12 on the Hof Shop (excluding delivery)

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders over £50. For orders with a basket subtotal under £50, shipping is £4.99.

Where is my order coming from?
All of our ecommerce orders are sent out on our behalf by our fulfilment partner, Beer Hunter. You may therefore notice that some email delivery notifications or box labels list them as the sender.

Will I get my beer for the weekend?
To get your paws on some Hofmeister beer for the weekend, we recommend placing your order by 1pm on a Thursday (excludes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands). Please note that this isn’t guaranteed and at peak times it may not arrive until the following week.

How can I track my order?
To find out when your order is due, please check your shipping confirmation email for tracking details.

What if I miss a delivery?
If you’re out when our couriers come to deliver an order that contains beer then you’ll receive a card with details to rearrange the delivery for a more convenient time. Our couriers unfortunately cannot leave beer in a safe place because we need to check that you’re over 18. (Please note that they may ask you for ID to verify your age.)

Other orders not containing beer may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour and you should receive a card to tell you where it has been left.

What if my order is lost?
If you’ve received a notification to say that your order is on its way but it doesn’t arrive within 3 working days, please email customerservices@hofmeister.co.uk and we’ll track down your beer and make sure it gets to you as quickly as possible.

My Hof order is damaged – how can I get a replacement?
It’s rare but it can’t be helped every now and then.  If you find that your order arrives damaged or you receive notification from the courier that your order has been returned due to damage please email customerservices@hofmeister.co.uk and we’ll get more straight back out to you.

I’ve only received part of my order?
Sometimes larger orders can get separated at the delivery depot and you might find that your Hof delivery comes in two parts. If you only receive part of your order please email customerservices@hofmeister.co.uk and we can make sure we get any missing beer back in your fridge where it belongs.

Can I return items?
If your order arrives damaged or defective please email customerservices@hofmeister.co.uk and we’ll be happy to issue a replacement or refund.
